2018 Honda CR-V L Michelle was very professional. I knew exactly what I wanted in the vehicle, and there was no pressure or even discussion of add ons or after sale ser Michelle was very professional. I knew exactly what I wanted in the vehicle, and there was no pressure or even discussion of add ons or after sale service contracts. I know with a previous Honda dealer I dealt with, after sale warranties was a forced upon meeting. Delivery of the vehicle was terrific. Michelle explained the operation of the vehicle to the fullest. I had to give her my word that she answered all my questions and I understood the vehicle fully. Great job Michelle, Irwin More

She was a pleasure to work with, very professional, articulated well and very knowledgeable of all the information I needed. She took time to go over all the information of my new vehicle. Also Finance did work with me to lower my new monthly payment which was a another big plus. Second lease and once again it was another great experience for me and my family. Thank you!!!! More
