Thankfully Hondas sell themselves because I’m not sure my dealer really wanted or cared to make a sale. When I first went in, my dealer, Michelle, did not tell me any of the features I would be getting, “wha dealer really wanted or cared to make a sale. When I first went in, my dealer, Michelle, did not tell me any of the features I would be getting, “whatever it comes with” was what she said when I asked. Thankfully, I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. My vehicle was on order because of the shortage. I was told 2-3 weeks. It was ultimately 6, which is fine but I had to keep calling to check in. Even the person answering the phones was unfriendly.My calls were not returned. My dealer, Michelle was very underwhelming. Upon checking in for the fourth time, I said I left you a message. She said I didn’t get it. I told her you could check in with me too. On my last call, she said let me check if the car is in. She came back to the phone and said do you want to pick it up tomorrow? I said, so it’s in? It would have been nice to hear, hey, good news your car is here! I wanted to be excited but the experience was so disappointing. When I came to get the car, it was the same. I filled out papers and then was told, Alex will help me show you the features. But only Alex showed me, not Michelle. He showed me a few things, again very underwhelming. I asked, what about the rear camera? I had never had one before. He just said you’ll see it when you put the car in reverse. Didn’t show me. I left, just wanting to get out of there. The next day I came back and spoke to a manager, Ashley, who was very nice. She apologized profusely for the dealer’s behavior and showed me some features. I was finally excited about my car, because she seemed to be. Ashley was the only person who made my experience pleasant. She seemed genuinely upset that my experience was so disappointing. My advice? Go to any other dealership. More

I did my recall ( fuel pump) in June 28 Monday. Few days later July 31, I drove to work in the morning and the car wasn’t moving! I called roadside to toll my car to hillside Honda. After work I went there and asked me what happened. He told that Serivce department was too busy to look at it and he would call me. I’ve been waiting till July 7 to picked my car and told me that fuel pump was broke. Hello! I did my recall for that !!! My concern that no one called me and told what’s wrong with my car. I felt helpless . I paid for my commute to work. I had to call my dealer to help my situation! I was so angry and upset that service department at Honda. I’m going to tell all my friends that my bad experience . Thank you for your time ! More
