Both of the sales reps that helped me were professional and knowledgeable. I did enjoy the interaction with them. The one thing I did not like was the fact that I was sold the car with a bent wheel and it and knowledgeable. I did enjoy the interaction with them. The one thing I did not like was the fact that I was sold the car with a bent wheel and it didn’t seem like the general manager was willing to do anything more for the car than already has been done at that point. The service manager even came out and thru our conversation admitted that one of the wheels looked “slightly” bent when car was on the lift but it wasn’t “bad” enough to worry about. The dealer did offer to give me wheel and tire insurance at their cost which was nice and I took it - But unfortunately I was told I’d have to wait at least 30 days to make a claim to use the insurance to fix the wheel issue. As you can imagine driving around for a month on a bent wheel is not a good experience so I had to take matters into my own hands and go fix the bent wheel out of my pocket. Wish the dealer would have at least done something more about the bent wheel other than keep re balancing the tires. Additionally I did pay a 800 dollar dealer fee which included plate and registration service and a thirty day temp plate. It’s been 33 days now since the purchase and I emailed the dealer four days ago about the temp plate expiring but was told that I have to wait another two weeks as there is an issue with the dmv. I was given a letter stating this for curtesy. Problem is I do live in NYC and now I have to somehow survive driving around with an expired temp tag on my car and no way to get registration etc myself. Have to wait on the dealer. I’m just hoping I don’t get in trouble with this expired temp tag because I don’t thing the ticket people care for curtesy letters you know… Thanks More
