They greeted me at my car as soon as I pulled into the service area. They promptly started on my car on time after offering me coffee and fresh baked cookies. Brad made sure I knew where the refreshment/waiting area was located as well as the ladies' room. They finished my car in the time they estimated and asked if I had any questions. I had had a glitch with my door locks (user error haha) but they showed me how to set it to my preferences. All in all, a pleasant experience. I would definitely (and do) recommend Rockwall Toyota for service or for purchasing a new car. More

The service manage I had a tight schedule that required an 0700 appointment. I drove up at a few minutes before seven and the doors were rolling up. The service managers were there ready to go - and the required service personnel were also ready to go. They did a great job and offered a wash job to boot.
