If there were 100 stars to select it still wouldn't be enough to say how very pleased and impressed I am with Toyota of Rockwall. I've been to various Lexus service centers in California, Idaho, Texas an enough to say how very pleased and impressed I am with Toyota of Rockwall. I've been to various Lexus service centers in California, Idaho, Texas and a few other places and NONE of them hold a candle to this place. The very BEST is inadequate to describe the personnel, the service, the attention to detail, and the concern and care for the customer. If only all businesses would operate this way the world would be a much better place. My Service Advisor today was Mick and he is what every employer hopes for and every customer looks for. Toyota of Rockwell - THANK YOU for your hospitality, your attention to detail, and your genuine desire to provide the best possible service to your customers. More

Everyone is extremely friendly, but every single time I go there is a problem with the actual service I receive on my vehicle. This time I was there for an oil change, but I specifically asked to have my go there is a problem with the actual service I receive on my vehicle. This time I was there for an oil change, but I specifically asked to have my windshield wiper fluid topped off because it was completely empty. The service record shows that it was checked and topped off, but after I left the dealership the light came back on. I stopped to check it and sure enough it was still completely empty. I had to purchase a bottle of fluid to put in there myself. It honestly makes me wonder what else was not actually checked! Also when I got back in my truck all of the contents of my glove box were dumped on the floor board. I am assuming they were looking for the lug nut key to rotate my tires, but they did not even put everything back in the glove box. Annoying! More

I used the Toyota app for the first time to schedule the 5000 mile initial service on my 2026 Camry. The whole process couldn't have been simpler! Dropped the car off, waited in the lobby, ate a fresh from 5000 mile initial service on my 2026 Camry. The whole process couldn't have been simpler!
