I regularly take our Sequoia to Toyota of Rockwall for service and have always had a good experience with them. They are upfront about what service needs to be done and how much it is going to cost before service and have always had a good experience with them. The service advisors I have worked with have always been helpful and keep me updated while the vehicle is being serviced, which I really appreciate. One thing I especially like is that there are no surprises when it comes to the bill. What they quote me when I drop off the vehicle is what I end up paying. I have never felt like they were trying to upsell unnecessary services. They explain what they are going to do and let me know the cost upfront. They have always done a good job on our Sequoia, and I haven't had any issues with the vehicle after service. Overall, I've been very happy with their service department and will continue taking our Sequoia there. More
