Tuan performed a thorough multi-point inspection to identify recommended maintenance and repairs. He communicated with me daily—sometimes multiple times a day—to keep me informed about the status of my vehicle and explain what repairs were needed. His professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service made the entire experience stress-free.
I truly appreciate the level of care and communication I received and highly recommend Toyota of Rockwall and Tuan for anyone needing service on their vehicle.

I had my two young children with me, fortunately, there is a playroom for children inside the dealership. Unfortunately, my visit took about 2.5 hours for the oil change and rotation. That’s a dreadfully long time for a relatively short job.
