This department is consistently ' right on ' when it comes to professionalism, skills knowledge and commitment to Total Customer Care. One individual in particular in the service advisory department, Mr. Gary Conn who by the way is always my ' go to advisor ' whenever the need to have to take my vehicle in. His professionalism, technical knowledge is indisputable and together with the patience, empathy and desire to do everything possible to resolve the issue/problem always comes thru. He will go above and beyond to take care of a situation and if it requires reaching out to resources which he does not have to in order to facilitate/expedite a solution, he does so as part of taking care of the customer when I'm aware he's not obligated to do. Kudos to him and the dealership for having him on their team. More
