Friendly competent service We had become very dissatisfied and actually angry with the service on our Accord that we had gotten at another dealership (we bought the car there as We had become very dissatisfied and actually angry with the service on our Accord that we had gotten at another dealership (we bought the car there as well) for the past two appointments (which resulted in 2 extra ones because problems were not remedied and major expenses). Our old Odyssey was bought and serviced at your dealership and we were extremely pleased; it is definitely worth driving farther to a place where we get quality work and don't feel as if we've gotten "ripped off". More

Best dealership I come from Easton PA to this dealership for service. I have a customer for 25+ years. Mickey Hughes is my service manager. I use no one else. On one I come from Easton PA to this dealership for service. I have a customer for 25+ years. Mickey Hughes is my service manager. I use no one else. On one occasion the power was out. He got my oil changed since he knew I had traveled far. John Parr does the work. I only like him doing the work. They both are the best! More

Fourth repair on brand new car This was my 4th attempt to repair the same issue on my 2019 Pilot. The electrical screen keeps having the same software glitch where it blacks out , This was my 4th attempt to repair the same issue on my 2019 Pilot. The electrical screen keeps having the same software glitch where it blacks out , completely shutting down . Not to mention that when I turn off the car, the screen still is on Which could ultimately drain my battery causing me to be stranded. In May, The entire unit was replaced but clearly the issue is still occurring . This is my 5th Honda and never have I had any issues with my previous cars. Honda has always been extremely Reliable but this time around I feel like I have gotten a lemon. I’m Very concerned!!! More
