I must say that this was one of the BEST experiences that I've had purchasing a vehicle. Though I came later in the evening, I was very pleasantly greeted. He was very personable, patient, and professional. He took time to talk with me and introduce me to others. When manager, Mickey T. saw me in Herb's area, he came right over, shook my hand, and welcomed me to the establishment while, at the same time, wishing me well and showed care about my experience. Then, Valerie in Financing made me feel good about signing my name...LOL. She took special care in explaining, as well as showed care to me as not only a consumer but also as a person. Though I know everyone, at that time should have been ready to go home, at no time did I feel rushed or pushed to do anything that I didn't or wouldn't have wanted to do. Everything was done very timely and in a pleasantly efficient manner with respect and consideration. This is a TOP-NOTCH location, and they represent the BRAND very well. I have been spreading the word that this is the place to come. Thank you for my experience!!! More

DON'T TAKE YOUR MONEY TO THIS DEALERSHIP! ! THEY ARE RACIAL PREJUDICE!! I bought a C300 from them, but something happened with the payment, instead of them reaching out to discuss the issue. T ! They sent a vague text message and never expressed the urgency. My car was reported stolen by the dealership. Less than 5 hrs later, I was stopped, and my vehicle was seized. I spent a whole month reaching out to inquire about my vehicle and my property. These people evaded my calls and emails. I had to have a friend pose as a buyer to get someone on the phone. Without any evidence, these people are trying to pursue Felony charges against me. I highly doubt if I were a different race that this would have happened. Not because it's Fredericksburg, VA, but when staff pulls me aside, while at the dealership, and tells me that their colleagues are racially prejudiced there's a problem. So, I want this dealership to think long and hard about how they will proceed. Because I'm not a nobody and I refuse to accept any charges from a vehicle purchase gone bad. You have you vehicle, keep it, but give me my property that was illegally retained More

I would love to give a five star rating however my experience wasn’t as pleasant as I would have expected. My sales associate Antione was great and did his best to accommodate me during the sales proc experience wasn’t as pleasant as I would have expected. My sales associate Antione was great and did his best to accommodate me during the sales process. The entire process took about 3 hours, which I wasn’t thrilled about. In addition to the long wait, I was extremely upset about the financing process. I asked before we started the application if the dealership could beat or match a current 4% rating, I received from Navy Federal Credit Union. Mickey the sales manager informed me he could get me mid 4%. I have Excellent credit and my score is 822. Imagine my surprise when they asked me to sign a contract at 6%! The finance associate, Whitney walked out the room once I informed her that I wasn’t signing a contract with that rate. Mickey returned with a piece of paper showing me the current rate with NFCU, which was still lower than what they offered me. I didn’t feel valued and I didn’t feel heard. More
