Quickest Car Purchasing Experience Ever I have never had such a quick, and hassle free car buying experience as I did at Maplecrest Ford of Mendham. Marla contacted me minutes after I submit I have never had such a quick, and hassle free car buying experience as I did at Maplecrest Ford of Mendham. Marla contacted me minutes after I submitted a request for a trade in on their website. She gave me a quote my trade in and the Focus RS I was looking at and made an appointment for me to stop by in the afternoon. Once there, I was greeted by Micky who went on the test drive with me, and afterwards, to my surprise, kept the quotes for the trade in and the Focus RS that Marla provided to me over the phone earlier. Other dealers had given me quotes over the phone, and then changed them when I came in in person, so this was quite the surprise. I completed the paperwork with Dave, who presented the various service packages they offer, but didn't try to pressure me into buying them. Marla, Micky, and Dave are true professionals and made this a great experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know who is in the market for a new car. More

My Ford Experience Maplecrest Ford is the best. Everyone, service, sales are extremely helpful and accommodating. My sales rep was Mickey Hendrick. I can't say enough a Maplecrest Ford is the best. Everyone, service, sales are extremely helpful and accommodating. My sales rep was Mickey Hendrick. I can't say enough about him. He goes above and beyond from the sales to the reception of the vehicle. He will work with you to make sure you get the best price. He is friendly and extremely professional. My landlord bought his truck from Mickey and also commented he wouldn't deal with anyone else. My daughter bought a car and I have now purchased 2 cars with Mickey as our sales rep. Please know how appreciated he is. A true gentleman. More

New car and Service I bought a car from Maplecrest in 2011 and have had it serviced at the dealership regularly. Service people are knowledgeable and friendly. For this I bought a car from Maplecrest in 2011 and have had it serviced at the dealership regularly. Service people are knowledgeable and friendly. For this reason, I just bought my new car from them again. Sales people were professional and my sales person, Micky, went out of his way to find me the exact car that I was looking for even though they did not have that car configuration on the lot. Great experience. More

Easy, no pressure experience I visited Maplecrest after another local dealership and was happy I did. Micky was a fantastic salesperson and was able to work with me on my trade-in I visited Maplecrest after another local dealership and was happy I did. Micky was a fantastic salesperson and was able to work with me on my trade-in and purchase of a used Explorer. Micky was friendly, engaging and has a great sense of humor. I enjoyed my purchase and felt I received a more than fair deal. He was willing to work with me and listened to my financial concerns. At the end of the day I drove off in my "new" car and I'm still happy with my car. I'll definitely be back to Maplecrest and Micky the next time I'm in the market for a Ford. More

Easy, Good Deal. Good Service In pricing cars, I did some work online and then went to a few dealerships. I knew I was not going back to the last dealer I used (Fette Ford: The WORST - dishonest and very shady). A friend suggested I call Dave Vorcheimer at Maplecrest Ford at Mendham, I called Dave and told him what I wanted. He didn't waste my time and gave me a great price on a car that I wanted. I came into the dealership and worked with Micky Hendrick, who was fantastic. Mickey took care of ending my other lease, notifying my Insurance company and showing me the car. I really appreciated David Cozza being clear and patient in explaining what I was signing. I would recommend Maplecrest Ford of MENDHAM to anyone. I am glad I did not let my bad experience with Fette prevent me from buying another Ford. More

My first meeting with him was as a walk-in and he was relaxed and answered my questions honestly. Never a bull answer or the typical car salesman question - how can I earn your business, or what do I have to do to earn your business. I hate those question because if a car salesman doesn't already know the answer to this stupid question, they should choose a different profession. He gave me time to shop other Ford dealers as well as other truck manufacturers. As much as he may have wanted to give up on me, he didn't. He earned my respect and business. Great job, Micky, and thank you again! More

The team at this dealership, from the General Manager down, is exceptional. They all take the time to explain in detail every aspect of the vehicle, the deal itself and make what is usually a tedious process one that you actually enjoy. This will be my second car bought from the dealership and I have sent multiple family members and friends, all with the same results. You can be rest assured your experience will be the same if in the market for a Ford. More
