Mick was a very nice man and took his time with us to show us all of the features of the car. Even the upper management were very nice during all of the paper work that you had to co through. We did a ton of research and our search led us to Maplecrest Ford. The dealer's website offered a a free Carfax and lots a of photos. I traveled to Maplecrest and met with Micky Hendrick who was very helpful and just plain awesome. We took a long test drive and headed back to conduct business. We quickly agreed to a fair price and shortly thereafter, my son had himself a very nice car! Two days later, we picked up our car. From start to finish, we had a great experience. Marla was my initial contact person. Marla facilitated my purchase and I texted her often. Each time immediately responded with good information.
