New Truck Purchase I located this dealership through the My Ford site. They had the vehicle I was interested in and so the negotiation began. I was trading an 2011 F 3 I located this dealership through the My Ford site. They had the vehicle I was interested in and so the negotiation began. I was trading an 2011 F 350 which I felt was in excellent condition. We managed to come to an agreement within the same day and closed the deal in three days. I found the sales staff and manager to be very resonable and there attitudes characterized by "Cando" while maintaining a total professional demeanor. Their knowledge helped bring us to a mutually good financial deal on a great Ford F 350 SD. I am from out of their immediate area but would highly recommend Maplecrest Ford speifically Kurt Friedman and Micky Hendrick to friends, family and others. More

The decision making process and selection from inventory was superior to any car purchase I have ever made. Even the Ford brand stood tall. This was my second Ford, and first since my first car 30 years ago. I am now the proud driver of a 2014 Ford Edge. I love the car and the assistance I received throughout. This is my fourth lease of a new Explorer from Maplecrest. The entire staff of Maplecrest are credits to the auto industry and the nameplate. I have had experience with large dealerships and small ones. Maplecrest is a dependable local dealership with the personal touch so often missing in the larger stores. I had been dealing with the same sales consultant for almost ten years. After he retired Micky Hendrick stepped up to the plate and made sure that I will shop for cars at Maplecrest as long as I live in striking distance. The whole leasing experience was capped off with a swift, efficient, clear, and simple financial transaction handled with personality and grace by Matt Daspin. Tom Giordano deserves an ocean of credit for the team he has formed at the Mendham store. For all these and many more reasons, Maplecrest is my Ford dealership. Three cheers!! More

i buy only fords from mickey hendrick.he used to work at another dealer and could not find out where he went as the dealer he used to but could not find him whwere he went to.work.but i started calling al another dealer and could not find out where he went as the dealer he used to but could not find him whwere he went to.work.but i started calling all the ford dealers until i found out where he went which was maplecrest ford.i only will buy a car that he is working on with me ,he is very friendly and will go out of his way to make the deal work, after we agreed on a price .we went to see matt to do all the paperwork, he was the best of all the people we finalized the deal with.he helped us out with many parts of the contract, so far my daughter has bought one, my son has has bought3 i ibought 3 and tonight my wife got her1st ford which was a hybrid, she wanted a toyota until she drove the fusion, she was sold when she found ot the gas mileage,no more toyotas.i will only buy where mickey works!thanks guys More
