Charlie, our finance manager was a great help as well, who is both well experienced but at the same time humorous and takes the time to hear you and give you the best options.The service warranties were all well explained with options to opt out if you feel you do not need it. No pressure to sign for things you do not want, and as mentioned before very family like treatment with the staff we interacted with. They really do help to save you significant purchase costs in the end. Rarely, do we see a dealership who has the best intentions for their customers. - this one is a rare gem.
