I was treated kindly and Jason showed me a beautiful car but I continued on to other dealerships as this was a big decision for me as I had not bought a car in 10 yrs, But 5 hours later I called Jason once again as I was very interested in the first car I looked at He is very charming and knowledgeable about the car and a very important point I don't like is a pushy salesman. Jason was very kind and never was pushy to me at all. I bought that car that very night and I am very happy I did. I give Jason a 10 on everything! I will never hesitate returning to VW of Naples. Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly and personable, they were constantly checking in on me and asking if there was anything I needed or if they could help me in any way. (Afterwards I received many, many congrats from employees I hadn't even seen before) Jason Lindsey was my salesman and he made the long process easy and smooth, he was very helpful, kind and patient. He answered all of my questions and if he didn't know the exact answer he went and asked and came back. Jason was very fair, upfront and honest in regards to all of my questions, problems and concerns. Kudos to Jason for personally going to CARMAX with me to see what they would offer me for my car. This made me feel valued and important, he wanted to ensure I was getting a fair deal and he did not want me to leave unhappy. I love my new car, Jason as already called to check and ensure that I am still happy. Michael Schutt was very friendly and professional. He made the financing and paperwork a painless effort. It was closing time and everyone wanted to go home, Michael made sure that I knew that I was important and that he was willing to stay and take the time until everything was complete and I felt comfortable.
