Lawrence offers no pressure and really wants you to choose the vehicle that is right for you. He is friendly, level-headed, and like I mentioned above, patient. The atmosphere in the dealership is great with vintage models right as you walk in, refreshments, televisions, couches, and an awesome selection of tunes playing overhead. Overall, the experience was A+! I will keep coming back to VW of Naples for my vehicle needs. More

Honest and Easy Dealer to Work With. I have only positive to things to say about my experience with VW of Naples. My Jetta purchase from them was one of the fastest and easiest purchases I have only positive to things to say about my experience with VW of Naples. My Jetta purchase from them was one of the fastest and easiest purchases of a new car ever for me. They put things in writing in a clear and understandable way. They quoted me a price over the phone today that was equal to or better than those of other Bigger Dealers on the east coast. I ended up paying $120 less than what they quoted me over the phone. It literally took only 1.5 hours from the time we walked in the door to the time we walked out with our keys in hand. And Jay dropped off the new car to where we needed to drop off our old car. Compared to other dealerships I was in, everyone was respectful, honest and sincere, and they didn't insult me or my intelligence. I felt like I was among friends and not the typical car dealership experience. It was good for my daughter to see a business being run with integrity. Outstanding!!! I must admit that getting my next car was a daunting task. I spent hours searching online, driving to car lots, asking advice from friends and clients I must admit that getting my next car was a daunting task. I spent hours searching online, driving to car lots, asking advice from friends and clients, I got myself so confused! My one weekday off and yippee-do! I get to go car shopping, still! So, poker face on, deep breath, and for goodness sake, act like you know what the heck you are doing 😁 I walked into the dealership expecting yet another disappointing exchange... But much to my surprise it was anything but!!! Enter Erin Presley.... Smart, confident, extremely savvy, kind, funny, personable, beautiful smiling Erin! She made my experience completely painless and actually quite enjoyable! She got me into the car I came for at the price I needed it to be! We did spend a few hours together and I never once felt rushed or insignificant! We laughed, we joked, we even got to know each other a bit! The Best part was the excitement on her face when she suggested that we drive my beautiful new Jetta to the previous dealership and drop off my lease!!! I guess I wasn't surprised at all! With all her confidence she pulled right up in front, got out her little tool kit, removed the plate, and off we went! I was impressed!!!
