I went in prequalified with a letter, confirmation number, and previously agreed upon terms with a lender.....I was very adamant in my communications before my arrival and again after my arrival that I would not be changing lenders and that they were not authorized to submit my application to anyone else...I was reassured that my application info was only being taken to verify my identity and to tie up my loan with the lender that I chose....As I was taken in to the financing managers office my phone started blowing up with alert after alert....they sent my application to 10 different letters....my signed application even stated that my app was only to go to the specified lender....they had no solution for this even after their salesman confirmed in front of my that I gave them specific instructions regarding my application and credit pulls. I ended up leaving without the car even though we were almost done. If I could give them zero stars I would! More

Car buying experiance It is always difficult when it comes time to buy a new car, but working with Miguel has changed that. From the first time I went to Coulter Nissan I It is always difficult when it comes time to buy a new car, but working with Miguel has changed that. From the first time I went to Coulter Nissan I noticed it was different. I stopped by to see what Nissan had to offer. I met Miguel and he was very helpful. My wife is a devoted Toyota fan. Miguel took the time to show me an Altima. I later came back with my wife and Miguel answered all of her questions. We were never pressured to buy, he just took the time to show her what the Altima had to offer compared to the Camry. We later came back and bought an Altima from Miguel. That was in Nov of 2014. We have now bought two more cars from Coulter and we have worked with Miguel every time. Miguel is the main reason we have gone back to Coulter. He goes beyond what you would expect from a sales person, he even takes the time to call on birthdays. More

Best auto dealer in Arizona I began my association with Coulter Nissan 5 years ago with Miguel Avila. I was retireing in a few months and did not know what I wanted to buy. We vi I began my association with Coulter Nissan 5 years ago with Miguel Avila. I was retireing in a few months and did not know what I wanted to buy. We visited Coulter 3 times and was treated like family each time. I also visited several other different dealers with less than desirable results. When it was time to buy, I returned to Coulter and purchased a Pathfinder Platium with the help,of Miguel Avila and Brian Pierce. I have now purchased my second car from Miguel and my family has purchased at least 4 automobiles from Miguel in the 5 years since beginning my association with Coulter. My service advisor is Jeanette Martin and I know I am getting excellent service and advise from Jeanette. Coulter will be the only dealership I will deal with from now on. They make everyone seem special and not just a sales number. Coulter Nissan is an EXCELLENT dealership. More
