I cannot understand why employees who come face to face with customers do not where face masks. I go to get haircut, go to pick up pizza, go to supermarket and all employees are wearing masks. Best experience at a dealership Miguel was the best gentleman to work with. He was very knowledge about the vehicles. I had my heart set on a Murano. We test drove the 2017 Murano, a Miguel was the best gentleman to work with. He was very knowledge about the vehicles. I had my heart set on a Murano. We test drove the 2017 Murano, and then i ended up leaving after finding out the Murano didn't have everything i was looking for. I came back the next day and decided to look at another Murano and absolutely loved it. Ran the numbers and unfortunately it didn't fit in my budget. I then asked Miguel to see if we would be able to look at a Rouge, even though i was a little hesitant. Test drove a 2019 Rouge and it was more than i expected. Miguel never persuaded me in either way and gave me plenty of time to think over my decision, not once did i feel rushed. Which i really appreciated, he knew it was a big decision. Ran numbers for the Rouge, and luckily i was able to drive off with the vehicle that day. Point is, Miguel was the most amazing sales associate, and he's great at what he does. I would 100% recommend the dealership for anyone and more importantly, Miguel. Thank you again!! More

When I moved into the finance area, Finance Expert Brian offered me everything, pressured me on nothing, simply gave me options. My total experience was positive. Stay Away Stay away from Coulter Nissan. I went in prequalified with a letter, confirmation number, and previously agreed upon terms with a lender.....I was ver Stay away from Coulter Nissan. I went in prequalified with a letter, confirmation number, and previously agreed upon terms with a lender.....I was very adamant in my communications before my arrival and again after my arrival that I would not be changing lenders and that they were not authorized to submit my application to anyone else...I was reassured that my application info was only being taken to verify my identity and to tie up my loan with the lender that I chose....As I was taken in to the financing managers office my phone started blowing up with alert after alert....they sent my application to 10 different letters....my signed application even stated that my app was only to go to the specified lender....they had no solution for this even after their salesman confirmed in front of my that I gave them specific instructions regarding my application and credit pulls. I ended up leaving without the car even though we were almost done. If I could give them zero stars I would! More
