First of all, I would like to say that this visit I had the other day at Fort Toyota was the best I've ever had! For many years I had always serviced my vehicles at Peoria Toyota. A couple years ago I stop the other day at Fort Toyota was the best I've ever had! For many years I had always serviced my vehicles at Peoria Toyota. A couple years ago I stopped going to them due to dissatisfaction with their pricing. On the recommendation of a co-worker I tried Fort Toyota instead. I found that your pricing was very reasonable and your customer service was very commendable. I stopped by the other day to schedule my annual oil change. I was met with a gentleman by the name Miguel. He was very professional and signed me up for an appointment. I went to the appointment and he recommended a tire rotation in which I generally get done at another place and I mentioned to him that I needed to go to Peoria because they reached out to get a part recall on my Toyota RAV4 hybrid. He politely asked if they could also put the part in for me so I didn't have to go to Peoria the next day. He took care of me! It was such a relief that all of that could be performed in one visit and needless to say I was very happy! Also, Miguel helped me problem solve why my car was leaking around the driver's window area. When I bought my car in Peoria they did not disclose that that there was a leak and I didn't find out until after it rained. One day. He assisted me with ordering a part to hopefully rectify this upsetting situation. I'm waiting on the part and then I will be back in with Tadoughs donuts as a thank you for helping me. I also was assisted by someone behind the desk in the other department. I was disappointed that you no longer serve soft drinks. She did help me go to where you work on the cars to get a soda. She was very helpful also and went out of her way to assist me. I had a longer wait and definitely needed a soft drink. In summary, I was treated like a queen when I was there.
