The service members were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions. Originally we would only take the truck to Martin Chevrolet in Torrance. We're definitely coming back to Culver C They answered all of our questions. Originally we would only take the truck to Martin Chevrolet in Torrance. We're definitely coming back to Culver City. First service on my 23 Camaro. Miguel said the service would take a couple hours but the mechanics had it ready asap. I hardly had time to have lunch. Miguel said the service would take a couple hours but the mechanics had it ready asap. I hardly had time to have lunch. More

Main point to improve service experience: instead of just passively waiting 'til cars in line for service, have someone walk down the line to find out what each car needs. This should speed up time it takes passively waiting 'til cars in line for service, have someone walk down the line to find out what each car needs. This should speed up time it takes for service. In my case, I waited at least 20 to 25 minutes when I was there for charge cord recall for EUVs. When service person finally got to me, I learned ALL they needed was my charge cord to see its Serial number & then they'd know if I had a defective cord. I did & don't know when you'll have a good charge cord to switch it out for my recalled one. In fact, why didn't GM contact me to get a picture of my charge cord Serial No. I could email to GM and they'd update me with when it's expected & I could bring mine to you to switch it for a safe charge cord! When calling the dealership, the phone just rings and when someone does answer the phone the automatically transfer the call without answering with the dealership name. I was accused that my car was in an accident as to why my car could not be fixed properly because the technician was not well versed with fixing the problem. This dealership is the worst a Chevrolet dealer shop I have ever been to and I have been a Chevrolet corvette owner since 2004. I will never return for service. More
