had a very disappointing experience at Audi of Brooklyn on Hicks Street. While traveling for business in NYC, I brought my vehicle in for a flat tire and also asked them to check a warning light related to on Hicks Street. While traveling for business in NYC, I brought my vehicle in for a flat tire and also asked them to check a warning light related to the safety sensors. I was told the vehicle needed a $2,500 calibration and that the issue may have been caused by a front grille sensor being out of place due to impact. This immediately raised concerns, as I had not hit anything and saw no visible damage when dropping off the car. Uncomfortable with the explanation, I declined the repair but was still charged $271 for the diagnosis. Afterward, I reviewed the intake photos taken by the dealership, which clearly showed no damage or misalignment to the front grille sensor. When I brought this discrepancy to the service manager’s attention, it was never properly addressed despite multiple attempts. A few days later, I took the vehicle to another Audi dealership near my home, where the issue was resolved at no cost. I was also told that even if calibration had been required, the $2,500 quote was excessive. I returned to Audi of Brooklyn to request a refund of the diagnostic fee and provided the requested documentation. Since then, I’ve received little to no response, and my follow-ups have gone unanswered. Overall, the experience felt poorly communicated, lacking transparency, and below the standard I expect from an Audi service center. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving any major repairs here. More
I am sharing my experience at Audi Brooklyn to help other buyers make informed decisions. This review relates to a 2020 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG that was advertised online for $133,995 with 33,333 miles. How buyers make informed decisions. This review relates to a 2020 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG that was advertised online for $133,995 with 33,333 miles. However, once we were in the finance office, the contract reflected a cash price of $151,031.69 before financing. In addition, a $4,900 “Quality Protection” package and other additional charges were included. With financing, the total sale price would have exceeded $194,000 for a vehicle that was originally presented at $133,995. At the dealership we were initially denied a test drive, and the focus from the beginning appeared to be obtaining our Social Security information rather than clearly explaining the final out-the-door price. After several days of back-and-forth and pressure from management, we proceeded with a $14,000 cash down payment and a 2024 BMW X6 trade-in in excellent condition. Shortly after taking delivery, we brought the vehicle to an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership for inspection. Mercedes documented that the front and rear brake rotors were heavily worn and the brake pads were near replacement level, recommending a full brake service estimated at approximately $10,000. The vehicle also had open recalls at the time of purchase. When we attempted to address these issues and return the vehicle, we were initially told nothing could be done. It ultimately required bank involvement and formal complaints before the dealership agreed to unwind the transaction. Although the deal was eventually canceled and our vehicle returned, the process lacked transparency and professionalism. Additionally, the refund of our $14,000 down payment took almost a full month after the vehicle was returned. We later learned that the refund check had actually been ready just two days after we delivered the car back, yet we were still asked to wait weeks before it was released. Buyers should independently verify pricing, recalls, mechanical condition, and the final contract numbers before signing anything. More
Prices listed on other sites are not correct and they will not give you an out the door price unless you walk into the dealership. Carfax had the vehicle listed for 2k less than what Audi told me the act will not give you an out the door price unless you walk into the dealership. Carfax had the vehicle listed for 2k less than what Audi told me the actual price was. It's bait and switch. This is a xxxxty way to do business. More

I guess once an Audi driver, always an Audi driver. 😁 This is my second Audi purchase and once again, Miguel Reyes couldn’t make our experience more easier than that. He’s been extremely professional, 😁 This is my second Audi purchase and once again, Miguel Reyes couldn’t make our experience more easier than that. He’s been extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient both times we’d purchased a vehicle, and went above and beyond to answer any of our questions and concerns. He’s one of the reasons we chose to come back to Audi Brooklyn. Also, a big thank you to Diane Lasky, the finance manager who was an absolute delight to deal with. Both Miguel and Diane been patient and stayed after hours to finish the deal… the process took longer than I expected because the car I had picked was not at their location and we all had to wait for it to be brought to Brooklyn. Every person I’ve met and interacted with at the store was friendly and professional and I truly appreciate that about them. Thank you for your great customer service! More
