A horrible and awful experience!!! It was an absolutely horrible experience. After having made an appointment I had to wait More than 3 hours for a simple oil change. What good is an ap It was an absolutely horrible experience. After having made an appointment I had to wait More than 3 hours for a simple oil change. What good is an appointment at 2 when the service is done at 5. To make matters worse they lie to you multiple times misleading you and telling you that your car is being attended only t wait for another guy to tell you an hour later that your car is next. Disgraceful!!! More

Disappointed Cost of labor was excessive. In addition 6 hrs to preform repair. Why have appointments? Repairs were minor that I could have done at Firestone for 1 Cost of labor was excessive.
