That they were going to call me when the car was ready and send the shutle to oic me up. Never received the cakl. When I called at 4 PM they told me the car was ready, I asked if they could pick me up , and they told me the driver had already left for the day. I think that if you offer a service you should deliver... More

Stunned When I took the car to you the first time, you said it was the battery.. shop i bought a new one for 160...or so dallors.. and the same thing happene When I took the car to you the first time, you said it was the battery.. shop i bought a new one for 160...or so dallors.. and the same thing happened... so now I wasted $160 on something that you said it causing the problem when it wasn't the problem, it was something else, maybe the alternator, or the belt,I don't know I'm not a mechanic ,I don't have cash like that to be taking guess... that's why you guess are the mechanics... now you either didn't check the problem the first time or did a rush job just to get the car out and said it was the battery and made me waste my money ....now I have the same problem again.. that you guys said you fixed More

Long waiting and poor customer service I made an appointment for a recall service at Hudson Honda, because of its close proximity to my home. When I checked in, I asked the receptionist how I made an appointment for a recall service at Hudson Honda, because of its close proximity to my home. When I checked in, I asked the receptionist how long it would take and answered 1 to 1.5 hours. After 90 minutes, I asked the receptionist again and she said once it's done I would be called. After another 30 minutes, I asked again and got the same answer. But I found the key of my car was still on her desk. My car was never handed to the mechanic over 2 hours. I asked the receptionist what happened. She said no idea and it was not her fault. I talked to the manager about the situation and it took 10 minutes for them to finish the recall service. DO NOT GO TO HUDSON HONDA FOR A SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME OR TO EXPERIENCE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

2 Arms and a Leg Every single time I go to the dealership to take advantage of my “free” oil change, I end up paying $300+ out the teeth for maintenance. My issue with this is the fact that every time I call to ask about said service or the price of doing that it’s always significantly cheaper. There’s something about coming in person that always increases the prices. I was quoted $150 to get my breaks replaced, when I arrived it had suddenly shot up to $280. When i questioned the employee about this, he ignored it and said “So do you want the oil change or not?” More

Quick and Efficient I’ve been to many service centers, BMW, Benz....and they all have the same issue, long wait times even with an appointment.
