My experience has been absolutely horrible. I paid cash for my vehicle and four days later I still have not heard from them to finalize paperwork. Had a 2017 Dodge Challenger that was in an accident and was "totalled" by insurance. Wanted another Challenger and was looking for something more specific and found it at Nissan of Clearwater. Branden and Finance Manager Miguel got me the paperwork and helped get everything approved, signed and in order. Even getting the vehicle the day after Hurricane Helene went through and it still went off without a hitch. They even sent a shuttle to pick me up at the airport. With roads and bridges closed that was no small thing, so thank you Terri for picking me up. Great job Branden, Miguel, and Terri and all of you behind the scenes that made this an awesome experience. You guys rock! Thank you, bless you, and good luck to you in the future. More
