Miguel was great to work with, he listened to our wants/needs and did everything he could to get us what we needed. However the overall experience at Jim Norton was Horrible! Between the sales Mana wants/needs and did everything he could to get us what we needed. However the overall experience at Jim Norton was Horrible! Between the sales Manager and the Finance manager, I had to walk out of the deal multiple times. When the sales manager finally got to the price we needed to be for our trade in, it felt like the Finance manager was trying to make up the difference with extended warranty hard sales. Starting at 10k then 7k then $3500. When we said no to each the finance manager was visibly upset. I had to get up and leave the office multiple times before he finished. I would buy from Miguel for my next car needs, but never again from Jim Norton. More
