Hi Kyle, Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns. I am very sorry that you felt blown off by our sales staff and managers. I understand that you bought a pre-auction line ( PAL) vehicle, which is sold "as-is," and is advertised as such throughout the paperwork process. I am sorry if there was any misunderstanding in that process, but once you signed those documents that clearly state the vehicle as a PAL vehicle, you take responsibility for its condition and any subsequent repairs. Additionally, I understand that both yesterday and today both our Sales Manager, Barry, and Co-Owner, Mike, reached out you earlier today to discuss this with you and attempt to make this right. We have offered to buy the vehicle back, even to come pick it up for you so that you don't have to make that drive again. Additionally, we will give you $100 to cover the vehicle's inspection if you would rather get it checked before deciding whether to keep or resell the vehicle to us. If you get the inspection and make the decision by the end of the month, we will buy the vehicle back.
