I was disappointed when I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 PM and I was the last person waiting at 4:30. It was an oil and filter change, tire rotation and system update. I also found out that the part I have been waiting on for my Chevy 3500 that was serviced on September 2nd, had been cancelled and and would not have known about if I hadn’t asked. Will going out of town for 4 months and would liked to have had my drivers seat repaired. Now it’s back to ordering again. Disappointed in that area. More

Dealership is not as Friendly. The service department is pushed ! Mechanics are not completing work;! Most people over 50 Is flooded with calls from spam Medicaid/ medicare/ SOCIAL security So Text people ;; So Loaner is Out - I Get them one! These 2 departments Have Room to Grow I came in for Brakes They left the Emergency brake sensor off of Back Now even through I called let them , could not get suv back in Now !! Now the emergency brake Don't work All tire sensors now is Out and don't work Tire stems sensors Are now out ! Yall Want over $1000.oo Just to replace them At other supply store, The sensors are only around $4.oo And to have them replaced is $40.oo A tire . To senior citizens that is All of their Check .!!! So Just Because I've been dealing with Lynn Layton for Years, My Mom Had Used Yall I was Generous with Rating Please Get these Areas Fixed And Up to Par I get Overhead Jacked Prices Well is Not Good Business Sense More
