Service Advisor, Mike, does not know the difference in

transmission FLUSH vs regular transmission oil change. He was informed what my corvette needed & which mechanic was to work on it. (We had talked several times in the week before to some of the staff & Mike was informed we were coming in) We arrived, had to explain twice what a Transmission FLUSH was & why & which mechanic was to work on it & he still wrote it up wrong & gave to wrong mechanic. On day 2, we arrive to pick up & after paying we realized the receipt was wrong, NO Flush. Go back to see Mike & he tried to tell us that a flush & oil change is the same. My husband explained again the difference & Mike finally went to get Mel, the mechanic who was suppose to work on it originally. Mel apologized & said it was not flushed & if we leave it he would handle it & he did. Mel was GREAT ! Long story short, it took 3 days to get transmission flush & Mike still had a confused look when we left.... Do better Mike, you wasted a lot of my time !!
