Just really great service, so patient, took so much time explaining to us all the features. Their service department is amazing- they are so prompt. I always use the white glove service- really hassle-free. Very courteous staff. I used to be so petrified of visiting a dealership- but this is our second BMW from them and we just loved it. I would recommend Bill Earnest to my friends and colleagues. Go check them out! More
