Very Impressive I went in expecting a high pressure painful negotiation for a car. I was warmly greeted and introduced to a salesman by the name of Mike Amaral. I e I went in expecting a high pressure painful negotiation for a car. I was warmly greeted and introduced to a salesman by the name of Mike Amaral. I explained I saw a car on the internet and he pulled it up along with another similar model so I could review in the office then explained the way they did business in a friendly no nonsense way which is exactly the way I like things. He went with me on the test drive and explained any questions I had without hesitation. I decided on the car and we did the deal without pressure and with me knowing I had the vehicle I wanted not what he wanted to sell due to commission. By the way, they do not work on commission so it takes the pressure off him and the buyer to sell the car. I went back a couple of days later since I wanted another key and met with Terry Gift who again made me feel very welcome and answered a couple of questions I had. (Mike was tied up so Terry stepped in to keep me from waiting). I also had great service from Julie McIntire in the service department who not only programmed a new key but put a new battery in my old fob since it seemed sluggish to her. Thank you to all of you!! I love my car and will come back here for future purchases. More
