Mike took time to listen to what I was looking for and then patiently showed me my options. I have purchased several new cars in the past and this is the first time that I felt relaxed while making my decision. Once I made my decision Lee stepped in and made my loan approval process just as smooth. Before leaving the dealership Mike took time to give me a personal demonstration on the car’s features. It was after nine pm and he did not rush through the process, he even took time to program my phone and my husband’s phone into my new vehicle. It doesnt get better than this They did everything right - warm hospitality, knowledgeable staff and a comfortable buying process. Up until the end, my wife had to leave so I stayed They did everything right - warm hospitality, knowledgeable staff and a comfortable buying process. Up until the end, my wife had to leave so I stayed to finish up. Unfortunately the check book left with the wife as well. Not a problem for Lester Glen Buick! I just had to sign a promissory note and I was able to leave with the car. Needless to say, I made the immediate round trip to return with the check to complete the purchase. Even during that whole embarrassing event, everyone at Lester Glen Buick still treated me like I was the number one customer in the world. Guess where I am going to again when I will buy another vehicle. More
