I had an absolutely wonderful car buying experience at Lester Glenn. I followed Mr. Bill Tompkins over from GMC of Freehold because of his impeccable service when I purchased my GMC Terrain in 2010. Mr. T Lester Glenn. I followed Mr. Bill Tompkins over from GMC of Freehold because of his impeccable service when I purchased my GMC Terrain in 2010. Mr. Tompkins' friendliness & customer service has far outreached anything I have witnessed in the car business in my 15+ years of shopping for cars. I drove an extra 45 minutes out of my way (when Freehold GMC is basically in my backyard) simply to keep the friend/business relationship I had with Mr. Tompkins and to stay a loyal customer to someone who has been nothing but helpful to me over the last 3+ years. Unfortunately for Mr. Tompkins, I wasnt searching for a used car. My wife originally thought she wanted a new GMC Acadia. So Mr. Tompkins put me in touch with Mr. Ed Florvante and Mr. Mike Amarando. They were both extremely helpful in answering any questions I had about the Acadia. When my wife could not make up her mind as to which car she wanted, they remained patient & helpful and did anything they could to help aide us in the direction of buying the vehicle that was best for me & family. My wife bounced around to Hyundai & Chevrolet after GMC, but all along I never received the same level of help & customer service I experienced at GMC/Buick. My wife just could not get over her love of the Buick Enclave to settle on any other truck. When Mr. Tompkins & Mr. Amarando heard that was her dream truck, they bent over backwards to assist me in coming up with not only my wifes truck of her dreams (she absolutely loved the White Diamond Enclave), but they kept working numbers until it became affordable for me. I drove home my wifes new car last night and absolutely LOVED it. The best part of all was being able to see a big smile on my wifes face. And for that, I can never thank both Mr. Tompkins & Mr. Amarando enough. As a matter of fact, my sister and brother-in-law also wound up purchasing a new GMC Acadia from Mike, based off of my glowing recommendation of both Mike & Lester Glenn. As long as you have quality guys like Mr. Tompkins & Mr. Amarando, you will always have a customer for life in me. I am indebted to those gentlemen. They made car shopping, which is usually an aggravating experience, easy & even enjoyable! Thanks to Lester Glenn and ESPECIALLY Mr. Bill Tompkins & Mr. Mike Amarando! MIKE PROVIDED US WITH A COMPREHENSIVE INTRODUCTION TO THE TERRAIN and arranged a test drive. In addition he patiently conducted a computer search to find us just the right vehicle. Personnel were sympathetic to our ROMEO waiting out ih the cold car and invited him in for warmth and refreshment. This was a new car buying experience for us ...one we can truly recommend...... Mike was great. He knew we had 2 sick children at home and needed to be in and out as fast as possible. He didn't waste our time with unnecessary things. All of the employees at the dealership were fantastic. This is my second car from the Lester Glenn dealership family and once again I am completely satisfied. Bob Arnold, a family friend over at the Chevy This is my second car from the Lester Glenn dealership family and once again I am completely satisfied. Bob Arnold, a family friend over at the Chevy dealership, made it a point to set me up with a great team of guys over at GMC and made sure I was completely taken care of. Everyone was super friendly and willing to do what ever it took to make their customer happy. Diligence and determination are two traits these guys take to heart. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted in a car even if it meant spending numerous hours tracking it down in Connecticut. When it came to all of the paperwork processing everything was explained to me in a very comfortable and detailed manner. On the day I picked up my car Mike made it a point to explain and demonstrate every detail and function of my new vehicle, a very laborious task being the car has so many features! I can truly say I had a great overall experience that I will continue to share with all my friends and family members anytime I hear they're looking for a new car. Dear Chris, and Mike, Mike, Dan, Ed, Bill, Joe and everyone else who helped me with the purchase of my 'new' car, I cannot thank you enough for everything you did to make purchasing my 'new' car po everyone else who helped me with the purchase of my 'new' car, I cannot thank you enough for everything you did to make purchasing my 'new' car possible. Although it is not a new car, it is new to me, and I feel like it is brand new. Between the safety check, the detailing and the exceptional customer service, I have full confidence that I will be driving this crossover for years to come! From the minute I was contacted after submitting my online finance application through the final handshake, I was treated as a friend. Mike (Nacinovich) came in on his day 'off' to help get the process started and explained all of the costs, options and service I should expect. Then, he introduced me to Ed F. and Mike A. and told me to let any of them know if I needed anything or had any questions. Next, I met Bill, who told me he would make sure the car was safe to drive (I have an almost 2-year-old so that is of upmost importance to me). I know that Joe worked on the car to get it ready to take home. Mike A. walked me through the paperwork, called my insurance company to help me add the car to my policy, and even put the temporary plate on for me. Dan helped me understand all of the financing and details of the purchase. I'm sure there are many more people involved, so for those 'behind the scenes', I am grateful, too.
