Worst of the worst . .. not only do they price gouge like most dealerships but they lie which is even worst. I will never return. First off I dropped off my suv for a starter.. they quoted $400.99 for parts and $554.97 for labor $1082.59 after fees,Every shop I called in Ocala was under $600 out the door. After my wife received the quote i had called Palm chevy to get a breakdown of the pricing and was connected to a very rude sarcastic I hung up, called back and asked for management, supposedly spoke to a manager. I explained that I was disgusted with the service and he apologized profusely. I told him I was just going to pick up my suv and take it elsewhere. He told me about the diagnostic fee and that he was going to waive the fee and let me come take my car. The tow company got there to take it and they went back on there word and refused to let my car go without paying the fee. I told them I talked to management and they waived it. They called me a lier and said they asked everyone... if that was the case they would have found out who told me it was waived. So I had no choice but to pay the fee even tho they didn't do anything. If your a fan of getting ripped off and lied too this is your place!! But if you want real service that will do the job for half the cost and a million times better service call Checkmate auto repair 3527320070. great service great prices great people.
