I've been to this dealership a few times. Everything was fine until this last visit. I had my employee drop off my truck. He was told they would call me the next day with information about my truck. I didn't hear anything the following day, so I call the service department. I was told it would be a couple days before they could look at my truck. I said ok no problem and I would pick up my truck. The gentleman explained the process and I said ok fine, I still wanted to pick up my truck. I asked if any work had been done and I was told he couldn't tell me cause my truck wasn't in there system yet for repairs. I said, so I shouldn't be charged the $350 service fee, and that turned into a back and forth conversation. I finally asked to speak with a supervisor and the gentleman wanted to explain the process again and I said, I don't want to hear it again and wanted to speak with a supervisor. After the back and forth again, I asked for his name and he hung up the phone. I called back and ask for a service supervisor, and I never got a hold of one, so I told the service department I was coming to pick up my truck. I picked up my truck with no charge or issues. That was actually very bad customer service, and to hangup the phone because I didn't agree to hear what he had to say again, was totally out of line in my book, but if that's okay with the dealership, then it's okay with employees. The worst experience I have had. The 6 advisors that were available were all arrogant and passive aggressive. Not helpful at all, rude and speaking to each other in Armenian. When I asked for assistance with my tire that had a nail in it they said I would have to leave my car for 7 days! Unacceptable timeline for patching a tire. I suggested they remove the tire and call me once repaired. 6 days later I came back in and no one knew what I was talking about, said I wasn't in their system even though I had the paperwork in hand. They told me to return in a few days. I refused, they then said to check for my tire in the parts department. The associate there said they wouldn't have my tire there. I went back to the service department and now the advisor sitting on the 4th station is there very upset with me yelling that he can't help me and for me to leave. Again I refused. He then said well I located your tire and that I better hope someone is there to put it back on for me!!!! At this point I feel very uncomfortable and almost in shook that I am being treated this way, I will NEVER return here nor will I send any of my family or friends. More

Albert and the service department went above and beyond for me. I was in Van Nuys on business and had planned to drive home to Las Vegas on a Saturday when I saw the temperature light in the car go on. Rat for me. Rather than risk getting stuck. in the middle of the desert I brought the car in and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it in that same day, so I could still get home on time. More

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the service department, particularly with the handling of my van's transmission recall. When I dropped off my van, I was initially told it would take the service department, particularly with the handling of my van's transmission recall. When I dropped off my van, I was initially told it would take 5 days for the repairs. However, it ended up being in their shop for over 3 weeks. Upon finally retrieving my van, I noticed it was skipping gears an issue that had not been present before the service. After I set up another appointment for the next day at 2:30 PM, my van broke down on the way to work, and I saw a lot of smoke coming from the hood. Opening the hood, I discovered that hoses had been left unplugged, NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL! When I called the service department to report the issue, I was instructed to pay for a tow truck for a problem they caused. It has now been close to 3 weeks since I last heard from them, and I feel completely ignored. I believe the engineer, Payman, should reconsider his qualifications, as the service provided was far from acceptable. Overall, my experience with this dealer has been unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend their services. More
