Total Disregard for Customer Service I took my car in because my engine service light came on. My car was repaired but later that day the same light came on again. I tried contacting my service advisor multiple time over the phone and through email. I never received a call back from him. I was also told that the service manager would reach out to me that same day and I also didn’t hear from him. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! YOU WILL BE IGNORED! More

I feel like a VIP EVERY visit! I have never been so happy to take my car in for routine service. The staff, the work, the level of customer care, the dealership.. EVERYTHING is 5Sta I have never been so happy to take my car in for routine service. The staff, the work, the level of customer care, the dealership.. EVERYTHING is 5Star here. My Jeep is treated like it's a luxury vehicle every time, and I'm left feeling like I just got hooked up. Thank you SO much!! We're on our THIRD Jeep thanks to this dealership!! More

Some Recent Setbacks I had two recent difficult experiences with the service center. On July 5th i brought my Jeep in for an electrical problem. The work was completed in I had two recent difficult experiences with the service center. On July 5th i brought my Jeep in for an electrical problem. The work was completed in a timely and correct manner by the service technician. However when I was charged for the service I was charged three times on my credit card. It took several phone calls that went largely unanswered or returned as there is no operator who picks up the phone on a regular basis and a visit to the Finance department before the issue was finally resolved on 8/16. I think. A few weeks later on 7/30 I brought in my Jeep when I received a recall notice concerning the catalytic converter. The service manager seemed overwhelmed correcting other employee mistakes that morning. My car was processed incorrectly and scheduled for a different service because one employee did the paperwork for the wrong vehicle. There were two similar Jeep Patriots in for service and they confused the two. I tried to contact the service manager later that day. He responded at 5:45 saying the car was ready but that I had to be there by 6:00 to pick it up. Your website clearly states service department is open until 7:00. When I did get there by 6:05 the car still wasn't ready. Didn't leave until 6:30. More

Great Service I was experiencing issues with my vehicle and given the run around for a couple of months. However, once we alerted management of our issue, he was able to resolve the issue in a matter of days. Throughout the entire ordeal, the service manager and the service reps were respectful and communicative. I appreciate this service and would recommend this establishment to any customers looking for a solid dealership they can trust. More

Great Service Went in for a full synthetic oil change. Check in took just a few minutes and went on about my day. They text you through out your appointment to see if you need anything and when your vehicle will be ready. Only thing that doesn't make this a 5 star is the lack of care they had when handling my car. No scratches or anything drastic but I saw a bunch of dirt smudges and finger prints on my car. Its not like I had a car wash right before but I would've appreciated a rinse or a quick exterior wash for the amount I paid! Hard to get any complimentary service now in days, but whatever. All the guys there are super helpful.... to women. More
