I have as my service writer Benny to include the tag on all paperwork so we can track the vehicles visits and service but that simple requests seems to demanding for him to comply. More

I called to make a reservation for a recall notice. Dropped off the car for the repair oil change and tire rotation. Left the car for 1.5 days. I have had a lot of cars over my lifetime and this is by far the worst dealership and worst service department that I have ever dealt with. Everyone is wearing their masks right under their noses, and very far the worst dealership and worst service department that I have ever dealt with. Everyone is wearing their masks right under their noses, and very little safety precautions taken. Took my car for service and received it a few days later completely dirty as it was parked outside and they didn't have the decency to clean it. The only thing that I'm satisfied with is that my lease is about to end so hopefully I never have to step foot into this place again. These past few experiences convinced me to never go with Dodge or this dealership again. More
