Horrible experience both times I have gone in. Neither time was the car washed like they said it would be. Which would be fine but do not tell me you will do that service. Last time they just sprayed tir time was the car washed like they said it would be. Which would be fine but do not tell me you will do that service. Last time they just sprayed tire shine on the tires and walked away. Literally still dripping down like gobs of icing when it was returned. I have pictures to document it all. Also they did not rotate the tires like they were supposed to. If you start cutting corners like this it makes me wonder how many things you guys don’t do properly. Avoid this shop if at all possible. More

Called thus crook of a dealership in reference to The check that tgey were supposed to send back to the finance company in May 2020. Lender has not received NOTHING. Is there an option for 0 stars? The service department is a nightmare. They broke the latch to our Wrangler's soft top, "fixed it" but not there is air coming through. Mike wasn't willing to budge with something when our advisor was trying to help us out. It's almost as if he was trying to make our lives impossible. Then my husband was asked if he wanted our Jeep washed before getting it back. So thinking it would be a quick thing he said yes. Two hours later, he was still waiting. So note to self, don't bother going for the care wash offer. If this was the only Jeep dealer, we definitely would be getting into something else. They NEVER provide a good experience here. I'm definitely switching dealers. More

You have to wait long time for the service completed. And even dough nobody had notify you that it's done. After multiple point inspection it hasn't been defined that my car still has problem with a brake bo even dough nobody had notify you that it's done.
