WORST EXPERIENCE ever! service department damaged my chargers wrap stripes and did not want to fix it, had it there for almost 3 weeks and did not fix one single thing from service department damaged my chargers wrap stripes and did not want to fix it, had it there for almost 3 weeks and did not fix one single thing from what i asked them to fix initially, they wanted to quote and charge me even though i’m fully covered and with bumper to bumper as well, and to top it off i noticed they had ruined and damaged my cars stripes, used the excuse of it being jet fuel and the weather, and said it wasn’t there fault the car got ruined while it was parked in there department, like i said worst experience ever, i atleast told them to fix the damage that was caused and asked for nothing more , they had me take the car back for another 3 days including the weekend just to tell me again they where not gonna be responsible for it nor fix it and said there’s nothing more i can do or say that will make them fix it More

This was the worse car buying experience of my life. I actually felt physically violated. I had ordered a Jeep Wrangler in October of 2021. I put down a $1000.00 with the understanding that the car woul I actually felt physically violated. I had ordered a Jeep Wrangler in October of 2021. I put down a $1000.00 with the understanding that the car would be sold at MSRP. The dealership did not include all the options I wanted in the order, including no hardtop and lack of satellite radio and tried to increase the price and added on “required dealer upgrades” that did not exist. The general manager and service manager said they would follow up and make things right, they never did. Russel Westbrook should be ashamed to have his name associated with this dealership. I would not wish my experience at this dealership on anyone. More
