Mike Atchison, our personal sales representative has always remained "on top of the game" - letting us know when lease or sale opportunities came, and, assisting us in working through the process. Done so well - that at the last "lease exit" - we did not even entertain other offers, knowing that Mike would take care of us in a professional and fair manner. Mike also assists us with the service of our trailblazer by driving it into work any of the days we need to schedule service. That is a TREMENDOUS help, freeing us up of the time and distance normally required for such things. Another note - there was a discrepancy in the explanation of our warranty in 2009, but John Jones Salem dealership spoke up on our behalf to GM and the issue was resolved in our favor. We are extremely grateful for the tenacity of all involved on that! Why the "outstanding" rating and continued loyalty? In 1995, we were car shopping, and our current auto broke down 1 mile from the dealership after closing hours on a Friday. One of the general managers (Gene Anderson) recognized us on the side of the road, took us back to the dealership, and gave us a loaner car until we could fix the other.
