We live in Bloomington, Indiana. Salem is close to an hour and a half drive for us. We have gotten our last four cars from John Jones Salem. Obviously, living far away from the dealership could present problems when you need service for your car. This has never been a problem. They send drivers up to take my car to be serviced and leave me a car to drive during that time. These are reasons we continue to give our business to John Jones Salem. More
