He never looked for me in the lobby never met up with me to let me know what service was going to be done to the car and I needed to get something else checked out in the car and I couldn’t tell him because he didn’t bother to look for me and then when I mention was was going on over the phone he just disregarded what I asked and now I have to make another appointment and drive all the way over there because there’s an actual issue that has to be taken care of and he didn’t even bother . And on top of that the one time at the end I actually see him because of his half xxx job they went to go look for him he gets awkwardly close all up in my face. never want another appointment with Mr Gutierrez again any one but him. He’s dirtying Lexus or Pembroke Pines name. More
