I just leased my second Lexus Nx from Lexus of Pembroke Pines. From the moment of entrance, the friendly receptionist directed me to my prior salesman. His name is Mr. Banko. He provided another exemplary experience. As a result of his efforts, leasing another Lexus was easy. The sales manager, Mr. Marsala was also personable, reasonable and professional. Thirdly, I appreciate Mr. Pashkutov, from financials, whose actions were seamless. Even though the hour was late, he was friendly, organized and efficient. Lastly, Mr. Palau, the car insurance guy is awesome. He was the perfect happy ending to the process due to his friendly, happy and engaging personality The staff facilitated the car buying experience to be more like a day trip rather than an unpleasant process.
