Went in to look at a “new” 2019 mustang that was used as a courtesy vehicle and had 4000 miles on it. There were scratches all over the car and it had already had touch up paint used on the front bumper. Th a courtesy vehicle and had 4000 miles on it. The salesman Chris Derrick was very nice and helpful and worked with us throughout the process to get us the deal we wanted. However, the sales manager Mike Barnett was very rude and unprofessional. He walked into the office and had an attitude and was unwilling to negotiate. He didn’t even introduce himself when he walked in. We ended up leaving the dealership and went to another dealership the next day and bought another mustang that was the exact same as the one we looked at at Metro Ford except this one was a 2020 model instead of a 2019. The dealership we went to was much nicer and beat the deal that Metro Ford was offering so we ended up purchasing the car from them. If the sales manager at Metro Ford would have been more professional we would have ended up buying from them but his attitude cost them the sale. More

We had one of the worst experiences with this dealership I’ve ever had in my entire life. The salesmen tried to bully me to use their funding even though I had secured my own because they wouldn’t make mone I’ve ever had in my entire life. The salesmen tried to bully me to use their funding even though I had secured my own because they wouldn’t make money if I used my own. They agreed to fix a few things on the truck which included a shock because one was bent and that is a safety issue. They kept the truck for over 2 weeks and lied about where they were in the process of fixing what we had agreed upon. The used car manager was a complete jerk. We will not recommend and we do not want to have any further experiences with this dealership. The only good part out of this experience was Kelly Browning and he wasn’t even our salesman. He has been in constant contact. Only good thing about this dealership. More
