Horrible experience. Had my vehicle for 14 days, never even looked at it for 5 days could not get any answers on what they were doing or going on, noone called me. Voicemails left for service manager and facility manager, neither called me back. Was promised it would be done by 5 o clock on a wednesday, we stayed in okc all day waiting and then it wasnt done and noone called. Will never go back. More

I had planned to take the shuttle home and pick my truck up later. The service writer told me that it would only take about 45 minutes to service my truck.
