Awful experience.I reached out via email about a Ford Awful experience. I reached out via email about a Ford Edge I was interested in. Madison Black responded and confirmed that they had the vehicle an Awful experience. I reached out via email about a Ford Edge I was interested in. Madison Black responded and confirmed that they had the vehicle and invited me to come in for a “VIP appointment, where we promise to deliver a world class experience designed to save you both time and money!” We talked throughout the day and I told her I would be in later that evening. She said that was great and told me to ask for her floor manager, Cody. I arrived and tried to find Cody…with no luck. After about 15 minutes of waiting, a lady told me that they actually didn’t have the car on the lot, because it sold last month (December). Cody never came out to greet me or to apologize for lying about having the car. The general manager was apparently very upset according to the lady who broke the news to me, but he also stayed in his office and never came out to speak with me. I confirmed the vehicle’s availability, made an appointment, and drove more than 20 miles. They had a complete disregard for my time. Another manager, Michael Barnett, reached out to me the following day asking me to rate my experience at the dealership. I responded to him and he never responded. Fortunately, the folks at Reynolds Ford took care of me and made for a really pleasant buying experience. 10/10 recommend Jeremy Cash at Reynolds Ford of OKC! More

Metro ford in okc sales some really cool trucks and they are nice when they are sailing something to you but after that they won’t help you at all if you have issues with those 100k trucks. I purchased a 8 are nice when they are sailing something to you but after that they won’t help you at all if you have issues with those 100k trucks. I purchased a 80k FTX truck last year and after driving it for a few months the aftermarket ground effects started flapping as I drove down the road. I have been to that dealership over a dozen times over the last 9 months taking pictures and given promises on it getting fixed and yet I’m still driving every day with a truck that I have to listen to the doors flapping as I drive down the road. The people are friendly but I feel they have no plans to ever help fix the issue. At this point I strongly recommend you purchase your vehicle from anyone but this dealership. I purchase lots of vehicles over the years and this seems to be the worst. More
