The overall experience was excellent...car was designed as requested and every aspect was explained to me upon arrival of car. Dealer was friendly and kept me informed of everything that was taking place as requested and every aspect was explained to me upon arrival of car. The down side: I had a $1000 incentive that expired while waiting for the car to arrive (not my fault) although the dealer split the difference with me and I paid only $500 more but still I think it should have been accepted. Other point was my gas tank was empty with the explanation that they only put in 3 gallons for a new car???? Every other dealer gives a full tank when you pick up a new car and especially a $40K+ car. More
