I pretty much knew that I wanted a new Jeep when I went in and I found Mike to be very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions I had regarding the various models and options available. Bad Service Experience I left my vehicle for an oil change and when I went to pick it up the woman didn't know why it was there. They hadn't started the service because she I left my vehicle for an oil change and when I went to pick it up the woman didn't know why it was there. They hadn't started the service because she had not talked to the woman I dropped it off with. To make matters worse, they refused to give me an inspection certificate for NY State unless they repaired an item they supposedly repaired while the car was under warranty. It would not have been so bad except for the fact that I repeatedly tried to speak with some about this matter and the salesperson I originally bought the car and the service manager did not return my calls. More
