Ken was just bad, he treated me really bad As soon I arrived a nice man came and asked my name and told me to wait for a representative, then Ken arrived never said hi, or good morning, he ask As soon I arrived a nice man came and asked my name and told me to wait for a representative, then Ken arrived never said hi, or good morning, he asked why are you here for, since that moment I knew is going to be hard. I told him and he start taking pictures, he said initial and sign here, I asked what I am signing, he replied very nasty, is what you told me the car have. And is going to be about 3 hours so don't wait here. I called at 3 pm no response, I called at 4:20pm mo response, I called my sales person Mike and ge told me that the car was ready. KEN IS THE WORST PERSON I MEET IN NISSAN when I bought the car and brought back to service MIKE AND JOSE were very nice. Please educate your people in service department. EDUCATE KEN More
