This was our second visit to Myrtle Beach Kia as well as working with Keith Gannett. Our first trip was to turn our leased Kia in early and although Keith completely understood our purpose, he was extreme working with Keith Gannett. When we finally did go back to buy a car, Keith was as amazing as he was at our first meeting. He showed genuine concern, understood our needs and the process was seamless. The other staff we worked with were also very helpful, caring and just all around nice people. We have owned Kia cars for years and can honestly say this has been by far the best experience we have had with a car dealership. He was pleasant, courteous, so very well knowledgeable and fun to talk to. He took us for a test drive, and it was a very great experience. While showing and explaining in great detail all the wonderful features of the Kia Sportage, he also engaged us in conversations about our backgrounds etc. and we were so delighted at how he talked to us as would a friend. He made the entire transaction so smooth and worry free. I have never met a more hospitable and kinder person in sales. We also had a great experience with Mike doing the final financing paperwork. Everything was so easy. And to top it off, the sales manager and the service manager both came to congratulate us on our purchase. All in all, it was a five-star experience all the way. I would definitely recommend Kia Myrtle Beach to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. There was absolutely no pressure and only warm accommodating service. Thank you so much!! More

Not gonna lie I was scared going up to any dealership to buy a car. I tell you what though the minute I walked through that building door of KIA, I was greeted and they pronounced my name correctly right of buy a car.
