Night and Day I went to a small dealership close to my home and had a terrible experience. It was so bad, the salesman tried to physically block the door to keep us from leaving. After looking online I decided to make a long trek to Naperville *hoping* for a better time. Upon arriving, I felt like I had stumbled into a heaven-like atmosphere, in comparison. We were greeted by many smiling faces who offered support, drinks, and I was thinking they just might offer a back rub and hot towel if I asked... They already had notes prepared for what I was looking for and connected me with the award winning salesman, Mike Beck. It became obvious why he wins awards. Mike was knowledgeable, straight forward, and super efficient. Tom Clancy was also a fun character who entertained us just for fun by showing us his favorite hot car collection. We were overwhelmed by the professionalism, friendliness, and level of caring from the entire staff. This was my very first experience buying through a dealership. How lucky were we that we were scared out of a lot and ran all the way to Naperville? 10/10 would shop again. More

Our Sales Consultant Mike was extremely knowledgeable and patient in both his understanding of the vehicles and in answering my many questions, since I had never owned or driven a Toyota before. He was easy to talk to, easy to do a test drive with and I never felt any pressure at all. Most of all, I was very surprised with our Business Manager Kal. Unlike a previous experience at another dealership, Kal took the time to explain the leasing program with tremendous care and answered my many questions and concerns that were never discussed or even answered by previous business managers. If my new car rides as well as my experience during this process, it'll be a WINNER and Toyota may become my future car of choice. More

Currently have 2 Prius V's, 2 regular Priuses, and have recently had an Avalon, 2 Siennas, another Prius and a Corolla. This week I bought a Prius V, and as usual, they gave me a great deal on both my trade and the purchase. No pressure, easy to deal with, took care of issues immediately. The car wasn't ready at time of purchase, and they put me in a courtesy car overnight, thanks to Push Singh. I buy all my cars with Mike Beck. He is the best. Returns calls immediately, checks in with me after the purchase to make sure I am satisfied. Calls occasionally to see how I'm doing and if in the market for another car. Cars are ready when I get there, and I have driven quite a few cars that I didn't purchase. Knowledgeable about vehicles and goes out of his way to make sure I am satisfied. Dealership - When he's there at the time of my purchase, the General Manager, Pat O'Brien, comes to find me and thank me for the business. They make me feel like they roll out the red carpet for me, even though I usually buy pre-owned cars. They will continue to get all my business. Gary Jaros made sure I was comfortable with my extended service warranty, and truly understood the terms he was offering. Completely satisfied! More
