Mike was very helpful during the puchase process. We had just begun to look and we had no intention of purchasing on our first visit. We went to Toyota of Naperville to buy a new car while we could take advantage of the 0 percent financing on the 2013 Camry or Prius. Mike Beck greeted us and listened to our specifications with respect to w could take advantage of the 0 percent financing on the 2013 Camry or Prius. Mike Beck greeted us and listened to our specifications with respect to what was most important to us on this purchase. Our top priorities were excellent mileage (my husband commutes 60 miles a day to work), reliability, and safety. We own a 2002 Tundra with 160,000 miles and traded in our 2006 Camry that had 153,000 miles. We have been extremely pleased with both of these vehicles and that is why we were seeking to purchase a third Toyota. Mike was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and guided us to make the right decision for our needs. We purchased a 2013 Prius and absolutely could not be happier with this vehicle. The Prius is fun to drive! It is very roomy, the seats are comfortable, and we like the features of the display panel (especially showing the great gas mileage that we are getting!) We had an excellent experience at Naperville Toyota. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. We will definitely return to Naperville Toyota when it is time to replace our Tundra. More

My husband and I visited Toyota of Naperville after several other dealerships, including another Toyota dealership. Our experience at this location was by far the best. Mike was very friendly, accommod several other dealerships, including another Toyota dealership. Our experience at this location was by far the best. Mike was very friendly, accommodating and well-informed. Both he and Dustin (who was also on the floor that day) made the buying process very easy. We are very happy with our new car, and would highly recommend Toyota of Naperville to others. More
