I had done a fair amount of research and was reasonably sure the Prius V was what I wanted --they did a great job going over everything and answering all my questions. And Gary did a nice job with all the paperwork - explained everything very well. Also had an unfortunate encounter with a pothole the day after I drove my new car home, so also got acquainted with the service department folks who did a great job. Clearly, just buying the car is only half the story --but if they continue to provide the same level of excellent service, I'm sure I will continue to be a very happy customer! More

I walked into the showroom and was greeted by Mike Beck at 12:00pm and this was the first step in how professional this dealership and salesman were. I came in to lease a New car and Mike made me feel very welcome, offering beverages and showing me the automobiles on the showroom floor. Mike has a great attitude and a very pleasant person to speak with. I went to there website which is very well designed and friendly and found exactly what I was looking for. I had several automobiles that I wanted quoted and Mike had both priced in little time. We test drove both automobiles and I made my decision. The automobile was brought to the new car prep area. I was introduced to the Finance Manager, Dave Castellanos who made my lease purchase a very easy purchase, great person. By 2:45 pm I was loading my personal belongings from my old car into my new car. Mike then reviewed all of the aspects of the car to me, and by 3:00pm I was on my way. Peter and his staff did an outstanding job helping my wife and I find and get the one vehicle in the country that had the equipment we were looking for. Working with Mike and this dealership was a good overall experience. The new facility is unbelievable and beautiful for selling & repairing cars.
