Mike listened to what I wanted I just leased a 2017 Tucson Sport, my second purchase from Rosen, and Mike Becker was my salesman for the second time. Mike listened to what I wanted equipment wise and what I wanted to pay and was able to find a vehicle that met both my needs. I was driving a 2014 escape which I liked very much but was unable to buy after lease end due to very high buy out. My wife's Sonata has been a great car and my daughter has had 3 different Tucson vehicles so I test drove one and felt it was a good replacement for my Escape. I am very pleased with the Sales experience as well as the Finance experience. Mike Becker was outstanding in finding me what I wanted and being patient as it took longer to decide on the car he sold me then planned. I am a repeat customer and will be again when my wife's lease is up. Debrah Campbell was very prepared and the paperwork took a very short time to complete. She was easy to work with and did not push me into any add ons I did not agree with. Overall an excellent adventure from start to finish. More
